Gateway To Sedona - West Sedona Overlook

In the summer of 2014, the Gateway To Sedona Artist Competition, created by the publishers of GatewayToSedona.com, launched with the goal to raise funds to provide art supplies and instruction to children in Central America. The program was interrupted due to the untimely death of one of the founders, Charles Oldham. However, the art competition continued on, and its first year was a great success. Five artists won cash awards, including a grand prize of $5000.

Now in 2016, Gateway To Sedona and the Sedona Arts Center have joined forces to help the Sedona arts community with a continuing artist competition and promotion, changing the Gateway To Sedona Artist Competition to The Sedona Art Prize.
