"Youth is happy because it has the capacity to see beauty." - Franz Kafka

I think we all long for beauty - it helps us make it in a world that is often filled with ugliness. I can't help but see the beauty in everyday things and they are calling me to capture them in paint. A girl on the verge of womanhood, full of dreams and hope moved my heart and I have presented her to the viewer through my eyes.
